TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This is our home as well as a BnB.
  • Check-in between 3 pm and 7 pm. Outside these times by prior arrangement only.
  • Check out by 10 am.
  • No Animals.
  • No Smoking.
  • Parties are not permitted except by prior arrangement.
  • Noise levels must be respectful of other guests and neighbours.
  • Damages will be charged.
  • Whole house rental means all available rooms are booked.
  • This is our home and the hosts will remain on-site at all times.
  • A sofa bed is available for extra guests in the guest lounge (by prior arrangement).
  • Extra guest $80 per person per night.
  • Children are welcome. A cot and a highchair are available.
  • Use of the kitchen is by prior arrangement.
  • Dinner can be arranged upon request and consists of typical New Zealand fare, the cost is $70 per person per night and bookings are essential.
  • Cancellations – At present, there are no cancellation fees but as much notice as possible is appreciated.
  • Payment – Currently we are only accepting direct debit payments for all bookings.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed per room is two, with the exception of a young child, please contact us to discuss.
